UNIVERSAL TEST VEHICLE

With our unique universal test vehicles, all measuring systems such as tank trucks, storage meters, airfield refuellers and fuelling installations, filling stations, bunker boats, rail tank car loading facilities, pipeline meters, etc. can be tested and verified on site. This eliminates long downtimes as well as high transport and travel costs.

MASTERMETER

In more and more production plants, quality-relevant measuring points must be checked metrologically at regular intervals and the measurement results documented. This effort often disrupts production, as quality-relevant measuring points have to be removed and replacement measuring instruments kept available. The Mastermeter is therefore a cost-effective alternative for checking quality-relevant measuring points quickly and efficiently, directly in the production plant.

UNIVERSAL TEST TRAILER

For testing and verifying “smaller” measuring systems such as mobile skid-mounted tank units, company filling stations, airfield tanks, etc., the “UNI 145” test trailer is used. This allows us to respond quickly, flexibly and cost-effectively to a wide range of requirements.

PIPE PROVER LOOP

The WPD bidirectional pipe prover loop can be used as a working standard for determining the errors of volume meters or other liquid meters in refineries, pipelines, ship loading and rail tank car facilities, etc. The prerequisite is that these meters are equipped with pulse generators. If the operating instructions are strictly observed, the repeatability error must be less than or equal to +/-0.03%.

DENSITY METER

The physical quantity of density is required for the quality assurance of products and for converting mass to volume and vice versa. Equipped with state-of-the-art mobile measuring instruments, we are able to carry out density and ethanol content measurements on site.
